Alison Browne-Ellis is an experienced Corporate Executive with over 23 years of expertise. In her capacity, she leads a dynamic team and sets strategy for Cave Shepherd Card (Barbados) Inc. Alison has successfully led her company to acquire the status of the first Non-Financial Institution in the English-speaking Latin American Caribbean region to obtain a Principal Membership license with Visa International.

Prior to her current role as CEO, Alison spent 13 years at FirstCaribbean International Bank. She has a proven track record in leading change initiatives with expertise in implementation of innovative products, business development, marketing and customer experience strategies.

Alison holds an Executive Diploma from the Ivey Business School, Western University and a MBA with Distinction, from the University of Surrey. Alison is also a Certified John Maxwell Team Coach and an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketers. She is currently a Council Member of the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry where she also Chairs the Marketing & Communications Committee.

Despite starting from humble beginnings, Alison has managed to successfully build her career and a strong personal brand. Today Alison juggles many hats, while maneuvering the rigors of the corporate world. As a mother, wife, daughter, council member and professional mentor to many, Alison is passionate about the professional development of our future leaders which has led to the recent launch of her new book.

Her book "LIFE LESSONS A Purpose Driven Leadership Journey" is a testament that it really does not matter where you start and to what is possible when dreams and aspirations are married with self-belief, hard work, determination, consistency and a strong faith in God.
